Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. The Zula is a custom-manufactured solar ventilation unit, and once shipped from our North Carolina facility, it cannot be returned for general reasons (changed your mind, doesn't fit your installation, etc.).

Defective items

If your Zula arrives damaged in shipping, or fails to operate when first powered on, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mobenosolarsolutions.com with:

Your order number
Photos of the damage or the defect

We will send a replacement unit at no cost, or — at our discretion — issue a full refund.

Order cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the unit ships (typically 1–2 business days from order), the sale is final.

Manufacturing warranty

The Zula carries an implied manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The unit is rated to 80,000 hours of working life. If your unit fails due to a manufacturing defect within the first year, contact us and we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
