Free US shipping

All orders within the continental United States ship free. There is no minimum order required.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your Zula is on the way.

Transit time

Most US orders arrive within 5–7 business days of shipment. Remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, US territories) may take 7–14 days.

International shipping

We currently ship within the continental United States only. International availability is coming — email info@mobenosolarsolutions.com to be notified.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but you don't have it, or if it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@mobenosolarsolutions.com and we'll work with the carrier and ship a replacement if needed.
